200-Day TheJBox Fit & Function Guarantee

We stand behind our product. If your JBox does not fit the compatible bike model selected at the time of purchase, or if a material or manufacturing defect occurs within 200 days under normal use, we will repair the product, replace it, or offer another fair solution at our discretion.

This guarantee applies only when the JBox is used on the compatible bike model selected during the order process and installed according to our mounting instructions.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, excessive tightening of screws, use on non-compatible bike models, crashes, accidents, impacts, modifications to the product, improper use, normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or damage to the bicycle frame, paintwork, seatpost, or other third-party components.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
